ABOUT Team RWB

Team Red, White & Blue (Team RWB) is a veteran support organization whose mission is to enrich the lives of wounded veterans and their families. Ultimately, we aim to transform the way wounded veterans are reintegrated into society when they return from combat.



More than two million servicemen and women have deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan since 9/11, and almost 600,000 have answered the nation’s call more than once. That’s why Team RWB believes that it’s our time – our turn – to give back. We propose a new type of support to wounded veterans, one that is rooted in a willingness to listen to veterans and their families, and aid in their reintegration into the very society that they volunteered to defend and protect. Our community of athletes, advocates and concerned citizens (corporate, non-profit and individual) are all committed to serving those who have served our great nation. Together with wounded veterans and their families and friends, we will develop meaningful, one-on-one relationships that transcend traditional fundraising efforts. We do not view success in terms of dollars raised, but by relationships maintained and the impact they have on people’s lives.

MISSION of Team RWB Triathlon:

The mission of the Team Red, White, and Blue Triathlon is to compete in endurance triathlon events in order to fund raise and promote awareness for the important mission of supporting our country’s wounded veterans and their families far beyond their initial medical recovery. 

VISION of Team RWB Triathlon:

Team RWB Triathletes will race in team uniforms at triathlons, from Sprint Triathlons to Ironman distance and beyond!. Team members support each other through various social media communication, and spread the word about Team RWB throughout their local communities. Team members may, and are encouraged to, compete in whatever competitions best fit their race schedule and abilities.  Team RWB will highlight specific featured races with the intent of gathering as many Team RWB Triathlon team members at one race as possible in order to increase awareness of the Team RWB cause and further foster the Team RWB Triathlon community.
